I want to make a list of all amplifiers we have used.

Wide bandwidth

Mini-circuits ZX60-8008E or ZX60-8008E+. We use it to amplify beating signal of two lasers, we need to achieve 0dBm and send it to phase-lock box.

How to fix mini-circuits

Just in case if the original page is lost [[1]]. Here is a translation: "This amplifier consists of two stages. The first one uses MAR-6SM+, the second one uses MAR-3SM+. Both of them are monolithic amplifiers from mini-circuits. To check which stage of amplification is out of order you can measure voltage in two points (see picture). The voltages should be as follows: V(TP1)=3.5V, V(TP2)=5V. If any of them differs replace the corresponding amplifier."

 

 

 

ZHL-32A

ZHL-32a from mini-circuits, the circuit inside.

As you can see on a picture it consists of two stages of amplification. Each is based on NPN transistor, and this is the most vulnerable point. The possible replacement is Mrf323 [[1]](macom). The necessary case is 244-04.
